Went out today for the first time since having 'man flu 'and subsequent bronchitis. Got to library exactly one minute after 4pm, so library was closed and I was desperate for something to read. So carried on to charity shop and got 3 books for 99p - Yay!  I know this is not supposed to be good for authors and, as an author myself, I entirely agree that these books are worth much more than that, but someone somewhere must have liked these books enough to pass them on, and when I have read them, I will pass them on too. I always buy books from my fave authors, usually from Amazon, but when I am totally boracic, like now, I will get books any way I can - BECAUSE I NEED TO READ.
